Hi,

little modified fuel rail so that the injector plugs fit

Image

Image

and then the bigger problem, clearly visible that it is not easy to make the turbo fit the intercooler especially when it shoult professionaly, but the good point is that the ST246 valvecover looks like that throttle body and ic line up well

Hi,

here we go with the next problem, the TB isn't as easy to mount as i wish

[img][/IMG]

plan A for the moment is
i blanke the ISC and will use the A/C up connector on the IC go to a haltech ISC and connect it to the intake manifold

Hi,

took some time to polish the combustion camber and to calculate the volume, ~48mL

I have just finished measuring one of the chambers on my head.

I used a similar technique to you but instead of the syringe (shot) I used a burette that my other half got me from work:

This has given me a figure of 48.25cc +/- 0.05cc.

For that cylinder it gives a compression ratio of 8.76:1

Hi,

small update, the timing belt is mounted and works

[img][/IMG]

and here a adapter plate for the ISC, in the future i will work with a haltech ISC

[img][/IMG]

looks like i come in trouble with the water inection valve.....this valve is also a troublemaker, the oem nozzle is to small in size so i had to bore them until i hit ~350mL/min, the big issue is that not the nozzle itself limit me but the valve seat, so i had bo cut the nozzle bore the valve seat, weld it together and then i can machine the nozzle to hit my target
possible i do theis on weekend

mfg

A grenade pin is a pin you pull out of a hand grenade to arm it before you throw it at the enemy.....you used something similar by the looks of it to lock the cam wheel in place

Hi,

a few more little bits are done

a M5 thermocouple tase place, the problem was the M6 thread in the manifold so we gave'em a machining

Image

here takes a AN8 fitting his place, truely a master of welding to get the fat fitting on the 0,8 pipe, respect

Image

here i will built a heat shield

Image

and the next steps are fuel press regulator and ISCV

Hi,

another small step for me

mounted the fuel pressure regulator today, a further target was to be compact, so i used the space from the EGR system which is not utilised by jdm engines
