hi guys .... bought them a few months back and asked then 'how to fit' but no one came back to me
They have at least 3 metal 'clips' which need to go 'under' the trim??... question?
How the f do you 'ease' the trim?
I've replaced the double sided tape so they are ready to 'stick' on...
Has anybody ever fitted them on a 185?
PS.... I am going to post this on EC & OC so........... who wins???

I just followed the diagrams as best as I could. I cleaned the trim above the door. I then lined up the visor to the door...there is a sticker on the end of it that shows where to line it up. There are three holes in each visor and three metal clips that correspond to each hole. The clips have to be inserted underneath the door trim but above the inside rubber seal. When pushed in, you'll find they click into place. You do not have to remove any seals or trim. I positioned the clips where the holes line up with the visor. I then removed the paper off the double sided tape on the visor and attached the visor to the door trim. Once that was done, there are 3 plastic push pins that have to be pushed through each of the 3 visor holes and through the metal clips. These secure the visor in place. There is a tool that should come with the package that holds a washer in place so that when the push pin is through the hole and metal clip, the washer holds it in place. That should be it. The package also came with some sort of liquid glue, but I never used it. I'll try to add pics right away. Hope this helps.

These 2 pics show the metal clip between the door trim and rubber seal.

These 2 pics show how the push pins work. Note where the sticker was to line up the visor.

Glue I never used, Tool and Washer. The package came with 6 metal clips, 6 plastic push pins, and 9 washers.

Thats brilliant Rene and many thanks :).........
Homer ...... yes mate but not by enough to win any prizes :)

Edited to say... that's it sorted then. .... My clips are allready fitted to the visor and I was trying to 'push' them up near vertical, behind the trim to body joint. They actually go near horizontal and pop in quite easily between the trim and the rubber... doddle :)
All I have to now is remove the tape on the double sided and then I hope to be dry.
Thanks a million again.

He seems not to know which car is what!!
Just make sure he has something like you VIN No. before he quotes you on the part.... he is not wise to model changes and years of model :)
I had a few ebay mails of him.... and gave up as he does not know about 182/185 and 202/205 models ... he quoted 89-94 If my memory serves me right.
BUT.... at least he replied :)
