Would one of these fit onto my Uk st185 CS?
Is the bolt/nut pattern the same on both cars?

The quick answer is yes

The long asnwer is the 185 and 205 have differing amounts of studs, but removal of 1 x 205 stud is the same pattern as a 185 :D

The 205 one will drop straight on but there will be one spare hole in it.

Super.
What would I need to do? Cut off a stud or fill a hole? I've never done a de-cat on any car....

Do not cut any stud off!

You won't need to since it is the 205 which has the extra stud...

If you were to fit this to the 205 then it might be a possibility that you may have to UNSCREW the extra stud
