in front of the TVSV is a good base, why not ITB the 3S :lol:

done a bit more tonight :) finished removing all the this so now I’m just left with a plate

it is all ported and pot matched to the head and the inlet manifold with I all so ported and port matched to get the most out of it

done a bit more tonight :) started to port and polish the exhaust side of the head

They look pretty much identical to eagle rods.

Interesting that they offer an L-19 rod bolt upgrade for $3 each!

They look pretty good quality, what's your verdict on them?

done some more to day
finished porting matching and polishing the exhaust side of the head

been looking at the exhaust manifold and as you can see I can prot match this

and the turbo is the same

the blue line is what I can take off and still have the gasket do its job

Can’t believe you didn’t drop the valves whilst grinding all that material away, careful with how much you grind away and what shapes you end up with or you will end up with cracks. Dorris

going to be strip the vales out and replace them and hot tank the head so every thing is nice and clean :)

got the new engine block today :) I found out that is it as CS block to :).

so striped it all down ready for it to be hot tank and board to take my 86.5CP pistons as you can see the bearings that came out were in pretty good shape.

gave it a good clean in my cleaing tank

and had a good look at the cranks and it all looks good to me. but will be gtting it checked and reground if it is needed juts need to see if it is stock bearings or over size,
