Looks like they make nice kit Don.

Turbulator design on IC looks a good compromise between flow restriction and surface area.

Mine is less dense but I also have far less CSA.
Pic courtesy of Gary to show internal turbulator design of a forge core.

Pic below so you can see the different types all compared...

Here is an example from a Peugeot 205 T16 of the quality of work they do. The Marston Aerospace core which is almost twice the price of the one I have gone for  This is the ultimate in heat rejection and very similar to the original Secan cores which were also of aerospace quality. Apparently Secan no longer do automotive work :-( TTE also sourced their air cooled oil/water heat exchangers from Secan for the GT-Four

Wow...this is totally inspirational. Looks absolutely amazing. Definate food for though with what to do with my old ST205.....I just wish I could do it half as well as you have.

OK, here's the first sneak preview shots of the IC top tank. Don't ask me how much the 3" Wiggins couplings were. My eyes are still watering  The design of the bottom tank has had a bit of a late change so it will now be a side feed from the compressor in order to reduce the number of bends. Also decided to locate the temperature and pressure sensors in the inlet and outlet pipes rather than the tanks. This means we won't disturb the aesthetics of the artistry of the end tanks :)

i have to say, 150% credit to you, this build truely is superb and is great to see it done, i see on so many other forums saying how the car is old and cannot cope with this and cannot cope with that etc etc.... rubbish, anything is possible if you work hard enough, this build is fantastic and the quality of workmanship looks second to none. very well done. :)
