All (Both  ) of mine have 205 specific hotside flanges. Do you by any chance have a picture of the support bracket attachment?

The S148 AFAIK has a 205 specific downpipe flange but teh turbo support bracket has drillings for both 185 and 205 which use different support bracket locations

I think you have the wrong turbo and I'd get onto TT pronto!

IMO a twin port WG will hurt performance not improve it

i have the st185 support bracket fitted to the turbo i have spoaken to TT and thay cheked to make shore it is the rigth turbo and it is as s148 it is all runing fine just i dident expect it to be boosting at 1.5bar start off i though i would have to us my controlerr to get that sort of boost, it seems to spool up very quick but i havent rely driven it much, ill let you all know more over the weekend as il be out in it most of the weekend

I have seen 5 of these turbos (s148) and also owned 2 and all had single wastegate.

If Turbo Technics have changed the spec/design of these back to twin entry then they have lost the edge in hybrid turbos. I really can't believe that as it is their best selling hybrid according to a TT rep.

I will take some pics of my S148 and may even call TT on Monday. Last time I spoke with them they were very open about specs and design.

Steve is also correct on that all teh S148s I have seen have been with st205 7 stud exhaust side flange and turbo dupport bracket/heatshield double drillings to suit both a st185 and st205.

I guess there is a possibility that TT actually still bore out teh twin entry section internally and use the standard wastegate but I woudl question why!

i had a bit of a chat with TT today and thay told me that the S148 Toyota Celica twin entry is a twin wasteged turbo and that the only 1 thay do that is a singel is the S147 Toyota Celica GT4 single entry witch is a singel wastgate, both the turbo's will make 380bhp and 1.58bar of boost
