I have heard some positive things about this shop.
I'm looking at a K&N filter at the moment for my CS.....these guys are by far the cheapest out there and they will also beat any price.....so it says.

I know a few guys on IMOC liked this place.

Anyone bought from this company.....good service? Any problems?

Cheers

Steve

Well apparently they are amongst the cheapest around. I am going to buy a K&N filter from them soon but only if they better or match another shop's price which I have found cheaper.

Steve,

Let us know how you get on.

I have not had any dealings with this company before, but it is always good to hear of new suppliers :D

Well I have found the place to buy both my exhaust and my air filter.

Exhaust will be a Blueflame system which are currently selling for £285 plus £15 P+P on ebay on a buyitnow auction.

The K&N filter will come from this company:

www.filterpower.co.uk

http://www.filterpower.co.uk/kn_induction/toyota_kn.htm

£84.96 VAT included and only £5 p+p.
Cheaper than anywhere else.

Still not decided on what de-cat pipe to buy yet...

:)

Aussie exhaust imo. The SS Autothings crack way too much afaik. I'd invest in better quality rather than replacing it 2 times extra.

Seems that the downpipes "appear" okay for the time being, but I would steer of the exhaust manifolds, these are not fit for purpose imho

Aussie exhaust? I am sticking with the Blueflame system as they are effectively a Mongoose system which is a good enough budget system.
I would like to buy an Aussie but it's the price. I may yet save up for it though. I heard the XS power d/p's had crappy bolts, so if I buy the Aussie I hope the fitting kit supplied is of better quality.
I don't intend to buy a manifold as I'm only lightly tuning the car really.

HS&R also do downpipes and the one I had was fine. Only replaced it as the TD06 turbo kit came with it's own :)

just fitted a k&n filter to me cs it comes with full fitting instruction but you will have to elongate the holes i used the rubber gasket as a template to mark new holes and dremilled them out also the surport bracket has to be belt to more of a Z shape but all in all it went well can scan and email the fitting instruction if you want to look at it first.

its a tight fit and the screws holding the airbox to the afm was a bit tight to remove totaly and need some WD40. the afm look ally didnt want to place to much presure and crack it

also you will find its not round but oval in shape

for the first couple of hours it didnt run to good but when she was warmed up it was lots better. Now after a few weeks the car runs ok all the time.

Also got my filter of ebay New and boxed for a bit les than that mate by about a £10

I and going to order it from filterpower uk...it's the cheapest by miles. Even the one on ebay costs more.
I can get the K&N delivered for £89 something. Thats cheap.
I know I'll need to mod the holes....I have a clamp and a drill at home so will be fine there.
IIRC there are fitting instructions online and with the filter too. So should be fine. ta.
