Sorry to hear it but glad I'm not the only one. I managed to fit the entire head the wrong way round on mine
Didn't notice til I walked back with the torque wrench in hand

Read through the thread at *cough* the other place*cough* looks like a nice project, look forward to hopefully seeing it in the metal at some point in the future.
One possible tip, when you end up remaking those wires that have broken/corroded off, you can get something called self analgamating tape from electrical wholesalers or screwfix. Fantastic stuff, stretch it over the repair like a bit of normal electrical tape and it welds itself together to give a really nice watertight and insulated repair.
(Nothing wrong with your repair btw, just thought it might be useful for people)

done a bit on the car today. now that I have fitted all the intercooler pipe work and am happy with it all, I have now made a new under tray cos the stock 1 wouldn’t fit back in and had lots of holes in from where I had cut it last time to get the pipes to fit,
so I got myself a nice piece if ally sheet
Image

I then made a template witch I forgot to take photos of :(
but then made the under tray
Image
just propped in place to see how it will fit

then cut it all and this is it now fitted to the car

this should help with air flow thorw the rad and engine to help keep it cooler :)

Hi,

you need air excapes behind the radiator package to raise air flow

like this ones

Hi,

possible this is a safari, gravel or snow undertray, however if you want to flow more air you need escapes

It's true Sunny but compare them side by side, Mixer72's one is shorter, there is a big escape before the gearbox, which is not the case with Cone on ST205

It probably works better with a little flap at the end but it's better than nothing

Hi,

i understand your point, but i would give the end of the panel a ~1cm long edge 45° down :)
