The definitions below give the meanings of the different terms within the following table:

| Public | Person not registered on the Forum |
| Registered User | Someone having signed up to the Forum |
| Club Member | Someone having sent in the Membership Form |
| Staff | GT4DC Staff |
| ACCESS LEVEL |
DEFINITION |
| Moderate | Can moderate the Forum |
| Reply | Can reply to existing threads and start new threads (full access) |
| Post | Can start a new thread but can not reply to existing threads |
| Read | Can read posts in the Forum |
| View | Can see the Forum but can not enter |
| Hidden | Cannot see the Forum |
