Nigel,

I am more than happy to contribute to the flowers. I was just wondering whether Chris's family had any other suggestions for donations, I know he had a young daughter.

Any of your selections seem fitting.

At the moment I can't make the funeral as Claire and I will be on holiday. It's really nice that some of us will be going however.

I plan to go and waste some fuel in my GT-Four this weekend in Chris's honour.

Nige,

Think it would be a nice touch for the DC to remember Chris along the lines of your suggestion. Thanks for the offer to organise and I shall be pleased to contribute.

Cheers,

Don

I'm happy to chip in for some flowers, no preference on which.

The CCUK bunch are putting together a photo album of Chris & Ezzy to present at the funeral. If anyone has any photos they would be welcomed.

OK.
Thanks for everyone's responses.
I think the simplest thing to do is to make a payment (as a gift) to my PayPal account (vphmc.ebay@ntlworld.com).
Then, depending upon the appropriate protocol (that is, flowers or donation) and the amount donated, I will make the necessary arrangements.

I've just spoken to Sarah, Chris's sister.

They are going for family flowers only, and would prefer any money to be donated to the british heart Foundation. This can either be done directly or via the funeral company, although I have no details of the latter at this stage.

OK Chris.

If everyone is happy to make a payment to my PayPal (as 3 posts above)...
I will then make a single payment to the BHF in the name of Chris Hooper.

Is that acceptable with everyone?

I can confirm that I have received the donations as mentioned in my PayPal Account and I have also received funds (from nibbles) in my Bank Account.
Thank you guys

I'm keeping tabs on everything and leaving this open for donations as long as possible.
