How much boost did you run in 2009?
I can't help but thinking this is more boost or timing related. Yes you are running lean but at the Max BHP RPM point you are around 12.5-12.6:1 AFR which (whilst I agree is not really safe at that boost level on our engines unless you are running super low CR) I would expect it to make similar power or maybe even more power. The maximum power point for AFR normally is stated at 12.6:1, run richer for safety not more power.
It could be that the boost level has dropped off or a correction has pulled timing.
Get your AFR sorted but I am not convinced that tweaking it alone will get you back the power.
If you are running lower boost it could be that the mapped has omitted mapping the lower boost cells or has applied some ignition retard to help spool up.
Many options so we need to see your map

Hi JP, In 2009 the car ran the same boost, around 1.4Bar..
It was a nice sunny day, not very hot, there are some corrections in place for high intake temps but i don't believe we got anywhere near those.
Something worth noting Charlie was doing the power runs in 3rd gear, i have always thought they were done in forth?
I really don't believe that my fuel pump or FPR are to blame here, Charlie and Ryan have said this is what it could be?
imo if it was either of these parts the AFR would look a lot different and not go richer at the end of the run!
Take a look at the other Print outs, incl 2009 and most recent runs.

What tells the ecu to inject the amount of fuel that it does, just Temp and Map sensor? does the ecu ignore how far open the throttle is when working out how much fuel to inject?
