Hi,

i understand :)

the next is, i wish to find also a good company like you to build radiators for me here in austria
the one good company i was talking told me that 40mm is the maximum depth he can build, but i'am searching for 50mm :?

i doesn't want to buy the TTE pre-radiator for the little as 1700€

i have also a little bit different question left, does anyone know the prices of tourqueline propshafts?
i hope this also becomes a project for next year

I've spoken to CTG TorqueLine about getting a prop shaft made up. Adrian at Fensport has done the same. The biggest problem will be the expense as there is nothing available off the shelf. I think they also require on old OEM prop shaft so that they can bond in the UJ's and splined shafts etc.

Hi,

i will do this next time when the intercooler is out of the car :)

now the intercooler is mounted and 2 problems was to follow

- code 54
- damaged 25A fuse from the jabsco pump

i changed the fuse to a 30A and measured 20A absorption, absolut ok as 21A is the maximum
-> the reason for that is a higher back pressure from the radiator core

and then i startet with the intercooler water level sensor, which was ok
hmmm...????...i solved the problem after some testing
the problem is the higher flow ration in the core that let the sensor work down even the intercooler is full of water

the TTE intercooler is definitiv absolut different even it looks like a OEM

If you are seeing higher boost on the Defi do you think this is because the TTE charge cooler core is giving you less pressure drop?

Hi,

i think the TTE intercooler have a higher pressure drop in front of the way better cooling which is also the reason for the higher boost
i was around 1bar just with the exhaust system which is a raise of 0,2bar in the rage of 4000rpm to 5000rpm

the car runs like in the past with blitz boost controller

Hi,

forgot to say that the water volume is raised by ~1/4L in the intercooler

Hi folks,

a small update,

two weeks ago i become the head back from catcams in belgium as i let them do a setup of camshafts, springs and adjustable cam gear for me (just to inform, the whole setup was cheaper against parts on the market)

on wednesday the gen.4 head goes to a engine center where it becomes new valve guides, and as i am to addle i also let them do the valve grinding work

- Cat springs
- Jun valve guides
- Ferrea Super Alloy valves

and i also see the group a spec turbo oil adapter

[img][/IMG]

[img][/IMG]

[img][/IMG]

possible bimetall valves, i can't can estimate it exacly

[img][/IMG]

[img][/IMG]

the valve buttom is different

[img][/IMG]

and also the contour

[img][/IMG]

[img][/IMG]

i forgott, the plan for the whole project is in the background
