Mine came with a few dents and scratches too. Luckily the only non fixable bit is the broken upper cambelt cover. I will use the one off my other engine and all is well

I did also have to clean up the water connections where they have used a knife to cut the hoses off aluminium pieces and left gouges. Nothing to cause concern though

Hi,

today some spec's from the fuel rail,

[img][/IMG]

the following adapter will fit the pressure regulator
SARD part number: SRA02 (69015) Toyota (4E-FTE/2JZ)

but i think i will go for a M12x1,25 to -06 adapter on the side, and close the regulator hole

on the fuel side is only the injector question left, what kind of SARD injector will fitt.....

what do you guys think about the damper, work such a item well or can i drop it?
explain me :)

meanwhile i think the ST215 head-cover and the water to air intercooler will not fit, a possible solution is the ST246 cover as the design is changed for a center feed intake manifold

It's possible that a 246 cover would fit

It might be worth dropping Adrian at Fensport a line about that as he has a 246 and I'm sure he's had the IC off at some stage :D

Hi,

the cylinder wall looks very good

[img][/IMG]

and the water bores,
a subtle and constant rust coat -> absolut ok

[img][/IMG]

looks like the engine is in good condition :)

Have you checked the bottom end of the engine yet?

Looks in similar condition to mine so far

Are you going to use that with your existing engine?
