They are pretty straight forward Lee.
Remove the Radiator and fan for better access if you wish.
Soak your studs/bolts well with penetration fluid.
Best order some castle nuts too......Mr. T stock them.

cheers mike was hoping to start next weekend the 11th as i have the week off,should be long enough to fit :lol: but that also depends if it arrives before then.i will have a go and take some pics.but if i get stuck i will give a shout :D

Lee buddy where you hoping to do this? When is your next MOT?

Id suggest doing it somewhere warm as i worked on the ST205 outside yesterday and im as stiff as a 40 year old :lol: I may be able to come help dependent on days...but unfortunatley im a very busy boy also.

Agree very much with steven, the first time i did mine i soaked the studs on a regular basis leading upto when i wanted to remove ie over the prior few days. I did this to both turbo and exhaust side to ensure easy removal.

right i will crack on with it next weekend then.if i get really stuck,then i'll call the super dc to the rescue. :D no rush to get it going again as im off for the whole week after.and i dont tend to use it during the week while im at work anyhows.
