My supplies are gone so it's time to find some more. IF anyone knows a supplier please shout. I'll be taking at least 5L, if others want some then we can perhaps split a larger barrel or something?

are we talking model shop? Aldershot and F'boro both have one. I know Aldershot does Glow fuel for planes if that helps.

Alternatively make yourself an octane booster style water injection mix. Cellulose Paint thinners (Toluene), diesel 9thickening base oil)and erghh something else. Oh add water if you really want

I've got a spare 4.5 litre container of Hi Proof Model Technics methanol if you want it at the weekend. Also, Owens sell 25 litre drums of '76' Methanol and I was toying with the idea of a 'group buy'. If people are interested in spliting this then I'll get a price off them this week?

I'd certainly be part of a group buy. Seems like JennyChem can do 25L for 15 notes + VAT + delivery
I suspect the P&P might be quite substantial on that - not exactly Royal Mail friendly lol

They not only do fuel they also do engine oil, transmission lubricant, etc. etc.

As far as i can see methanol comes in "stock" plastic containers?

They certainly look identical to the ones that de-ionised water comes in!
Of which i have two or three lol
