This is going to sound cheeky but I have been working away & the only internet access I have is at work (I didn’t think I would be working away this long, it seems to get dragged out each week that passes!!).
I cant get onto the OC as work have blocked the website, along with e-bay, paypal & just about every site that is interesting… my life is over
Wonder how long it will be before this site gets blocked??
Anyway getting to the point, can someone on here go on the OC to my Koyo thread & let the 2 guys that are still waiting on their rads (Cant remember who they are now) know that I am still waiting on the UPS refund (Also I have been in contact with a solicitor regarding the whole situation who is drafting a letter to be sent out to the supplier regarding court action).
At this point they have 3 options:
1) I pay for the rads that are damaged to be repaired & they can have them.
2) I buy 2 rads from elsewhere for them (Gripeforce).
3) They can have a full refund + any interest that has accrued.
Any extra costs involved for options 1 & 2 will not be passed onto them, also I will not be looking for the customs charges or the extra delivery charges from them, it’s the least I can do.
I am really sorry it has ended up this way.
