New discs and pads on the way, what dot brake fluid would you recommend for normal road going use and how much?

As above I have had good result with.
Any good DOT4 or DOT5.1 fluid will be fine. You might already know this but avoid DOT5 as the chemistry is different and it isn't compatible with other fluids.
