Been a while since I have been over to Blackburn and updated this one. The car had been outside under a cover and the damp was getting to it but Martin has it in the unit now and its dried out and work is progressing nicely. Its been to the shot blasters for the rear arches and inner sills blasting and Martin has just about finished the off side rear quarter and rear arch. I didnt take photos but Martin has some I spent the day removing the surface rust that was coming through and primered the fresh surface as a temporary measure until its ready for painting which wont be that far off now |

How long did it take to get the dash etc back into place? Good work. |

A couple of hours for the dash and interior, thats once I have tracked the parts and jars of fixings down and cleaned everything up. Basically if some thing is a 30 minute job to do, multiply by 2 at least lol Fitting the wheel arch liners is probably an hours work including jacking up, removing wheels, putting in the gromets and fitting the liners. However when the liners are buried in the greenhouse under the interior trim and seats and the fittings are in one of a dozen jars (marked up obviously!) plus I clean all the plastics with autoglym trim cleaner and copper ease all the screws / bolts etc.... it becomes a 2 hour job Its good to see it coming together though |

More pics please! Are you going to fit the glass yourself or outsource? Thinking of the bonded rear quarter glass in particular. |
