Hi Folks,

As some of you will know from chatting over curries etc in september I will be cycling from London to Paris as a personal challenge but also to try to raise a bit of money for my chosen charity - Cancer Research UK.

As some of you will also know this is something that has directly affected me, I was lucky but many are not and I would like to try to raise as much money as possible to help important research.

I just wanted to update this - I am currently half way to Paris!

The first two days have been quite tough, lots of hills in Kent and many hills in Northern France.

Two days to go but legs not feeling too bad.

Cheers,

Mike

Good going Mike, just think, you're half way there so its all downhill .....metaphorically speaking at least!

Good stuff Mike, and all the time you'll no doubt be improving your power to weight ratio - shedding a few pounds here and there really helps when it comes to the hills :o
