Hi, I seem to have a problem with my st205 and cant seem to figure out what it is. Everytime i hit the throttle quite hard the car seems to jerk and choke in 2nd gear upwards. but if i accelrate gently it will go like normal and turbo kicks in as usual. can anyone help??? thanks |

2 things spring to mind... 1. Ignition problem - Plugs, rotor arm, cap, leads 2. Throttle position sensor |

i second kris's initial thoughts. Especially the tps one. If you're handy with a multimeter google celicatech bgb. Somewhere in the 205 specific documents is a test procedure for it |
