In 1998 I bought my 1994 gt4 straight off the boat from Japan, Sight unseen. I didn’t know a lot about cars then, but I was urged to get it based on raving from someone who did! I am still very much in love with the car and following an accident in 2017 she finally received the respray she desperately needed. Still completely 100% stock. And better than ever though the front shocks are starting to feel very soft....

But my question - that I can’t find the answer to is this:

I have a twin injection turbo system. I have always just assumed twin is better (bigger is better - more is better, 2 is better than 1.....) but I don’t understand why. I can google things about twin turbos - which is just two smaller turbos tied in. But how does twin injection on the single turbo work and or make a difference. I’m sure it does but would just like to know from someone less stupid about mechanicals than me.

Here’s a quick resto video of my baby (with some fun bits thrown in) https://youtu.be/qEia1KHCn1k

I thought it was TWIN ENTRY.
This refers to the exhaust manifold being paired to reduce the backlash of the individual cylinders forming an interference pattern and allowing smoother suction to the turbo
