well, unbeknowns to me it appears as though my car has the plumbing for a boost gauge. only found out today when jgtcracer tried in vain to fit his role cage into the gt4 for transport. I am goingto just fit a cheap ebay boost gauge to the plumbing thats already in place, can anyone recommend what i should be looking for, its 12 years since my last boosted car |

Check out: http://www.gtfours.co.uk/ and then follow the menu How to -> Fit a boost gauge Although its for an ST165 the guidance is still valid. |

Why do you want a boost gauge? If you intend to use it to raise the boost get a decent one If you just want a fast and furryarse look buy a cheap one My expectations when buying cheap generic stuff on eBay is that I will receive one of Hershey's finest chocolate teapots |

Just do away with the boost gauge pluming and revert to OEM. I'm sure that line also provides boost signal to ecu so may be better off reverting that one to OEM and finding another. Shouldn't make a difference like, it just gives me that warm fuzzy feeling. I think I used one around the other side of the manifold. PS. That cage would of went in eventually!!!!!! ![]() |
