Think one is for the PCV, the other is required for the idle up line that supplies the ISC - Idle Speed Controller that is located underneath the throttle body

Andy,

the Cold Start Injector is located underneath the throttle body and bolted to the intake manifold. This is fed via a pipe from the fuel rail on the 165, "think" this is the same on the 185.

The ISC is seperate to the CSI. The ISC is fed via a pipe to the air intake so that the idle speed can be controlled via the ECU.

So in answer, no the CSI and the idle speed controller are not the same, but it would make life easier if they were in the same unit! :)
