Where or how do tap the sensors for the oil and fuel for gauges?
Oil temp I'm assuming on the sandwich plate.
But how or where do I plumb in the fuel pressure sensor?
Anyone done it and have pics?

Do you have a fuel pressure regulator? If so I'm guessing you could remove the gauge off it and plumb off there. Otherwise I wouldn't know, but am interested in finding out.

I've done oil temp off sandwich plate, and oil pressure off top side of rocker cover.

Yeah I have a fuel pressure regulator but it's not installed yet. Which leads to my next question on how to :D

Remove the standard fuel pressure regulator from the end of the fuel rail (it unscrews, you will probably need to break it to do it in situ.)
Put the supplied fitting in it's place (will be a banjo or screw in fitting). Same thread as the one into the fuel filter iirc.
Plumb the fitting to the FPR input.
Plumb the FPR outlet to the return line to tank (removing the now redundant pipe from the old FPR).

If you want to measure fuel pressure, you need to T into the line between fuel rail anf FPR. With a standard FPR you need to T into the line between filter and rail. (You may be able to get an extended banjo bolt and second banjo to do this without cutting the hose, I've never researched.)

Can i just confirm that the above is correct - I need somewhere to mount my fuel pressure sensor and using an extended banjo bolt seems a perfect way of doing it. :)

should be good to go Mike

You can also hook into the line between fuel filter and fuel rail but that won't account for any pressure loss in the rail

Looks like you need an M12x1 version of this.

Alternatively, what fitting does the sensor have, it it's mall enough you may be able to drill & tap the banjo bolt.
