Looks tidy

Going back to the cams a quick inspection shows that the OEM cam wheel marking is exactly in line with the location pin on the camshaft

Looks great but how are you going to get the air from the turbo compressor to the top mount intercooler? Looks like a dog-leg route in your photos. Maybe you will have use the offset OEM exhaust manifold to line the compressor up with the top mount and sell me your Corolla WRC manifold

Hi,

thanks folks, a end is in sight, some welind on the ic pipework and on the downpipe and then i can start with the wiring work and ECU, hopefull in april and if everything goes right i wanna
start the drive in in mai or june......hopefull :)

hey don thats funny, yesterday i though about the same but then i noticed that i have the alu-pipes in house so better i use them and built a new pipework

a small custom electronic is also built by a friend for the IC pump, i do not wanna run the pump everytime so i decided to copy the oem programm and for this i use the switch in
the throttle sensor

Hi Sunny,

I'd be really interesting to see the details of the electronics your friend has built for you.

I'm going to need something similar.

Hi,

it isn't anything complex, just a few resistors and transistors +, -, TB switch and relais switch

drop me a note if you need one

A friend of mine is restoring a Peugeot 504 Cabriolet. He's just had it sprayed but that's only the start. Finding someone who knows how the Kugelfischer injection works will probably mean breaking someone out of a nursing home somewhere  Sorry for the thread hijack!

Can't remember what ECU you're planning, but if it has a spare general purpose output you can use that to control the chargecooler, 2 outputs and you can control the fans too. On mine, intercooler comes on if throttle > 20% (from memory) or intake air >40 degrees. Fan comes on if ECT > 92 deg. or intake air > 40.

Hi,

i will use a haltech ECU, it is about the time delay, the target was less as possible switchings and i didn't want a continuesly running pump, further more
i can safe output channels which i possible need for the water injection

currently i doesnt looked at the fan side, but i think that i just use the switch in the radiator, simple and works
however, my fans just run when the car is standing still, but not any more when i drive it, i often go to check about they still working
