it is a Cusco bolt in cage but I then bought 6m of 40mm cds tube and hangers and eye in serts and made the rest up myself :) not to had to do :) thin in all it took me about 1 and a half to do every things :)

ok done a bit more today:) relocated the batter to the middle of the car and started to fit the fire extinguisher today

here you can see the nozzle in the drivers foot well

and here you can see the 1 on the passenger foot well plus the hand held

will finish the rest of the install when i have dont then engine strip down and rings replace:)

few more bits done started to paint the old BK racing alloys for track tyres

ok weather has been great :) so go a fair bit done on the car

started to strip the rad and intercooler piping out

then turbo and manifold off

strip every things so that I can get the cam cover off

then got the head off

gave the pistons a quick wipe over and there looking fine :)

head and valves look good to :)

hoping to get the sump off tomorrow and drop pistons out :)

on a 205 that would be the turbo vsv gubbins

Looks like the project is starting to come together pretty well. At least the bits that are not coming apart are :lol:

thought it might ne the vsv thing for turbo waste gate control so i can get rid of it as dont need it :)

just a quick up date i have now started to strip the TVIS valve out and its a pritty easy job to do :)

ok little update i have just got my new crackshaft pully :)

and my god it is light :) think the box it came in was heavyer lol

and i have managed to start making turbo clocking bracket and have now clocked the turbo

One thing you MUST do when fitting a lightweight or underdrive crank pulley is have the whole crank assembly balanced due to harmonic resonance.
I'm sure someone else will explain the ins and outs of it.
