Yep, keeping ok ta. Must say, novel approach to the on-the-fly ECU re-mapping Steve, but then you always were one to think outside the box - or maybe that should be inside the box all things considered this time? LOL!
As to me car - yeah, had to change it. Some daft c**t ran in to the back of me when I was on me hols this year up in the lake district, pushed me in to the car in front and ended up with enough damage front & back for the s0dding insurance blood suckers to write me car off
Not funny - had just had a new rear diff put on (£1500!!!) all the shocks replaced with bilsteins and braided brake hoses
Still, was furk all I could do except push for as much of a payout as possible and go shopping. Couldn't find a good replacement example of a C43 anywhere except for Scotland(!) so ended up picking up the CLK55 from a nice chap down in Devon
Must say, tis a lovely motor
Handles better than the C43 did and has even more poke
Next stop C55 - want me four door hooligan status back
They're still somewhat pricey though at the moment so will have to squirrel a few more pennies away first
Never mind - happy with what I got at the mo
