It wasn't AMD at Thurrock was it
At least it was the rollers that broke and not the car.

Waiting with baited breath to see the figures :)

right after a lot of delays and a very long drive down to Surry to get the car mapped we now have some good news and some bad news, the good news is that the car is running great and my god is it quick, the bad news is that we only managed to get 377.4bhp

Greg did say they there is plenty left in the engine juts the turbo was starting to blow hot air so not worth pushing it anymore, and he also said that he felt that set up on the rollers were not the most accurate may not the right thing to say more that the set up is different to what my car is use to being maped on and it would be worth me going to Weston and doing a power run as this is where the car has bin mapped before. but I do have to say it pulls much harder and feels a so much quick that what it did before, all in all im happy with how it drives

Nice numbers anyway. Would be very happy if mine was running that. 8)

Maybe the smallish CT housing is to blame for this "lower than you expected" number.

IIRC Turbo Technics state the turbo is good for up to 380bhp. I wouldn't say that Surrey Rolling Road were not accurate BUT I would say that most rolling roads are quite optimistic!

If in rolling road shoot out mode then all Dyno Dynamics rollers will read the same assuming the correction factors are the same and haven't been fudged.

I managed 269bhp at the wheels at 1.2 ish bar on this turbo with PFC and exhaust mods and that was very quick - your 295bhp @ wheels should be stonking with your extra torque as well :-)

Info on what the little letters at the bottom mean..
bp:barometric pressure
it: intake temp
rr: ramp rate
at: ambient temp
rh: relative humidity
tn: tractive newtons? - not sure on this one.
cf: is the mode its in e.g. 4 cylinder/4wd

Excellent figures 8)

Have to agree that it looks likely that the turbo is running out of ummff!

May be worth looking at clocking your turbo as well, the simpler pipework (especially immediately off the turbo) should bump up the figures a bit :-)

Your turbo looks like it is really running out of puff, making its job easier should get you a worthwhile improvement. May be worth increasing teh rev limit then as well :-)
